Did it even rain in stroud today? I know it was overcast from 3pm onwards, but im hoping they give it a chance tomorrow.
I seen 3 cars pass our shop in Orillia on the way to the track that were out-of-towners, there must have been a bunch at the track that never made it to CRO this morning, to see it was cancelled.
It rained for 5 mins at 8 this morning and it spit for a little bit in the afternoon.
a few sauble cars had made the trip.......then hit varney on the way home....

.Wow. forecasts are really accurate this summer now arnt they! When the rain is called for that close to start time, you really should hold off on calling it! There are alot of disapointed drivers out there.
Holding off calling a race is precarious at best. Teams are watching every dollar. Hauling to a track and then determining its washed out is tough to swallow. Let's just all accept the fact that weather is hard to predict and sometimes it's going to be a good call and other times they miss. It is what it is....

What dollar is there to watch? Its the last race of the year for some of us, I can guarantee there are a few that would have no problem waiting out the weather just to get one last run in !!!
