i was not there and i will make this clear!! i've known the extreme team as they are being referred to. these people are good guys and gals and are stand up people. they would not fight, especially dave unless really provoked. when a track leaves shit in the drivers hands , stuff happens. sometimes a little wrestling doesn't hurt. i'm not condoning anything or blaming anyone because i don't know what went down. no disrespect to anyone here but i know dave is no woman beater and i'd state my reputation on that for sure!!!! i love when people quote the court of law bullshit.actually it works exactly that way. its called use of force and if someone attacks you, you can use as much force as necessary to stop that person from harming you further.  its called the criminal code and has sections and subsections. if you want to impress, quote some of that. the courts are so screwed up, they let diddlers walk and pot smokers get 2 years +1. too bad this crap happened but only the ones involved know the real deal. seems like a mess to me!!

Nobody knows but the people involved. To start rumers here is not right I was pretty close and couldn't tell what was goining on. Don't get between a father and daughter and I hope this doesn't make them stop the fans from coming down after the features.
