First of all ..... in my opinion...... I am glad to see that Tom Walters is not winning the point Championship this year and that another driver with  a little more class is )as last checked).  It seems like Tom thnks that  everyone should just move out of his way when he is coming and I think a lot of drivers crews and fans have had enough of it.  Yes, Tom is a racer and so are many of whom you guys and girls on here like to slam, but remember that old saying what goes around comes around.  I thnk Dwayne Baker did it the best a few weeks ago when he (intentionally) got spun by Walters.  He drove right for him and I am sure that if Baker could have backed up and gone again at him he would have.  Baker let him know that he was not putting up with Tom's shit no more.  A lot of these drivers have had enough and what is it going to take for the Flag Guy to do something about it.  I watch every week.  I see Tommy banging on other Drivers in the corners cause they wont give up their lane for him to pass.  If that is the only way Tommy can pass someone is to bang on them then he needs to be banged on himself.  Tommy is a dirty driver and he does things to make it look like a "racing accident".  I think he is a "racing accident" .  I have heard the term "Brakes are for pussies" around the track but come on, bangin into someone or numberous people in a race that's just stupidity.

As for mister Archibald, He is as dirty of a driver as they come by.  The compies that sponsor him should be ashamed to sponsor him.  Look into his racing history and you will know why I say that.  Again tit for tat, he will too eventually get his in the end.  Drivers will take the suspensions in order to see him not finish a race just as they would Walters.  DNF's hurt more in the long run.

KandyKane,  I think you have the right idea about racing, but need to read up a little more.  I am a Cornelius fan myself, but it kinda looked like he tried to get past Whinny Walters and ended up spinning himself.  I will look at the video a little more and see maybe my opion will change.  I have recieved a few different videos from that race.

So Polaris13, I take it that you are a Walters fan??? What you are saying about Kevin is the exact same thing that I or anyone else could say about Walters.. He pushes and shoves like no tomorrow! Take your blinders off.. Walters is a dirty driver... Kevin races EVERYONE clean.. Does Tommy do that? No.. I didn't think so. Why don't you think about what you are saying before you post it... OR... Have some respect for other drivers...

Whatever Walters gets, he STRONGLY deserves!!!

Tom is a hard nosed race and an agressive racer. Sometimes when you race hard you make contact with people. Look even Kevin made contact on saturday night nobody is perfect. Anything with Tom Walters gets blown out of shape. Tom is a human and he to can make mistakes. All you people bash his driving, but none of you see what he does in the pits for the other drivers. 72 and 81 SS are always over talking to tom asking for help with setups and Tom willing gives him help. Alot of people come to tom and ask for help he doesnt tell them to F-OFF he helps them. Tom Walters is the Dale Earnhardt of Sunset Speedway you either love him or hate him.

Just to set the record straight......I am a fan of RACING!!  Have been for over 37 years.......in my younger years....drag racing was my forte.....but have now taken to the more laid back oval racing.  There are drivers I like, and some I don't, and some I am on the fence about, but as this is a free country-I have the right like everyone else to voice my opinion if I choose too.  You may like it or hate it, its up to the individual, and at the end of the day-everybody who reads these posts can make their own assumptions.  IMO-I didn't really slam Kevin, I did speak my mind and could have gone off on a stupid rant like some-but not really worth it.  As for Kevin to call me out to the parking lot....lol...not very professional of him IMO....and immature.  If you want to race...and put yourself in the public eye, then take criticism or well wishes as they come.  Not everyone can be your fan-it takes both lovers and haters to fill that stands.  It also takes a driver that is not afraid to bump a little to win, because we all know that rubbing is racing.  I can't imagine there is one driver out there that thinks he/she should never bump or get bumped...its part of racing.  If your not aggressive and don't have the drive to win...then IMO...your just out there takin up space.  Also, I would never slam a sponsor for sponsoring a car.......that is just plain wrong IMO.....with the economy the way it is these days, every racer(whether good or bad) needs sponsorship $ to support their car.  If their weren't sponsors for these drivers.......there would be alot less racers out there.

This is a public forum, it invites ppl to join and post their opinions if they choose to.  I would bet that you can find everyone involved in racing from drivers to potential sponsors here.  If they choose not to post their real name...so be it....it is not a condition of the TOS of this site.  But doesn't mean they have anything to hide either.
