Walters results were the same as sunset's total for him, so there error was not there. According to the Walter's team's results, they have Morrow with 10 (sorry forgot the exact number) less giving the points lead to Walters.

Considering that the points were posted each week, and Walters team did not find this "error" untill the end, I would suggest they were not that concernd with the accuracy of Morrow's points. Keep a rough score, so that you know you are leading, and don't bother double checking....

It would be safe to assume that Morrow was also recording his points, and that should agree with the tottal at sunset. Being a sportsman, I'd assume he would bring it to their attention that he was scored incorrectly.

Posting them here will just show an error between Walters total of Morrow and Sunset's, back many weeks ago when no one will remeber who finished where. Which is exactly the same reason it would be silly to post all the results on here.

Ross  Thats why all the results should be posted as most of the drivers in all classes have been keeping their own results and they will be able to clarify scores with each other besides sunset. A lot of the different drivers probably have results totals that match one anothers but have nothing to match them with.

Yeah but say it dosn't match? The only reason one would make the request to see all the scores, is so they can dispute them.

If you are happy, and think they are correct (i.e. don't have a reason to complain) you don't really care, right 😉

I do admit, I 1/2 agree with you. The results really should be posted online (website each week, not here), its 2008. If they were, indirrectly you would have a record that everyone could use to compair until they are blue in the face if they so wish.

There was a point in July that we were rained out for three weeks..if the results were available to the teams at the time I bet a lot of this mess would have been sorted out then and wouldn't be happening right now at the end of the season...Just a note to Sunset Speedway to make this information more available to race teams.

Right or wrong its Sunsets story and they are sticking to it,Walters has already graciously congratulated Chris Morrow so lets move on.
