Does LM or LLM really matter at any tracks except Delaware or Mosport? The LMs may have more power but it would be hard to keep down at the smaller tracks wouldn't it? Just wonder'n. I know setups are different but a Delaware LM at Barrie or Sunset wouldn't have any great advantage would it? SS is different I realize as the setups aren't as easily adjustable without relatively great expense to the smaller budgets.

no, the LM would have a lot of advantages..especially with the new bump stop setups....and more HP.

Not withstanding what I said about SS above, I think what would be really cool would be a SS / Thunder invitational at Delaware in mid season. Not at the end of the season like Fall Colours or Frost Fest but right in the miidle of the Summer in the heat of July or August. Delaware has the real estate and the track to host something like this and it could be just as big or bigger than any of the planned specials Delaware is having next year. If a number of tracks could commit to something like this and Delaware would be willing to split the gate with the other tracks because this would be an empty date on their calander then it could be something special.

i think varney should maybe run on friday or sunday night ?? years ago they did run on those nights and had good car counts.. maybe they should pay big cash for the 4 cyl championship ??  just a thought..
