Glad to hear everyone had a wonderful night by the sounds of it. My brother and i went to the track on Wednesday for practice and MArk met us at the gate and asked what he could do for us to make sure we enjoyed the track. Was so nice to see. We ran a few laps up there and realised it would be tough to run with a flammy car up there near the front. So we made the treck to Varney who also waited out the rain and put on a great show for the fans. It is nice to see two tracks that get it and remember to treat the fans well.

Heading back to Varney tomorrow but I wish everyone luck that is heading to Sunset and Beautiful track with great owners that care.

Looking forward to making a visit there when we get the cars up to speed.

Enjoy the races no matter what track you chose!

I think having lapped cars in the mix is a pain too but they are removed when there is a restart with 10 or less laps left.

Thanks for the info Harold I was unaware of that rule.. Makes more sence that way. Dont get me wrong I dont like the lappers up front for ANY restart, but then again I'm not a driver or official/hardcore Sunset fan either.. If they are gonna leave the lappers up front I'd rather see them do as the NCATS does and lappers to inside lane, lead lap cars to the outside..That would be better than leaving a lapper in the 1-2-3 positions in my own opinion.
