Did you really expect Wes to make a smart decision about tonight ?  I sat last Sunday with his dam race director in the stands at Barrie Speedway with my friends . After listening to his crap I let him know how I really felt and moved to another seat . Lets face it everyone : Sunset is done with these two in charge ! I say we all boycott and go to Barrie Speedway next year . We all were looking forward to the last race of the year and these guys just don't get it . I hope the hotdogs left in the freezer for tonight , won't be served opening night  next year......lol

Really think you could do a better job? Please do. I'm sure he'd sell the place cheap...

Honestly, its getting annoying. You have all sorts of people here that have no clue what its like to run a business that are knocking the guy.

Time to get called on it. Get the money together LIKE WES DID. Buy a track LIKE WES DID. Take the risk of ownership LIKE WES DID. Take the hit from a season like this LIKE WES DID, then tell us your rocket science ideas.

Why buy it,i think he'd have a hard time giving it away now.

Better yet, rent it off him for tonight and run the show yourself!!!!! There is an idea...

You think he will say no?

See if you are still talking when you have to put the purse on the line out of your own pocket...

Ross is correct in his assessment. that is from the experience of running a track. most off you are pissed because it is the last race that is fine but to expect the track owner or promotor to take it on the chin so that you are happy is asinine. walk in his shoes pay his bills then you can call him out but to attack him here when you have not done so is petty and small.

Jackman   I wonder if the old track manager /race director knows about a new track manager/race director being hired for next year. Do you think he knows. I had to bite my tongue when brad morans name came up. No its not brad.

Come on skidder - fess up - who???? ???

What has he got to lose?? With Barries season over, ALL of the die hard fans in the area would have shown up unless it was a monsoon! I was willing to drive an hour and a half just on the chance of getting the races in. There is somthing else going on!
