There was a big chunk of car (possibly the 83) right under the starters stands about 10 ft off the wall, thats what brought out the caution.  A Sunset crew remember came out of the pits with a shovel and through it up onto the grass under the starters stand.  Amazing what happens when people stop focusing on Walters and watch the damn race!  You end up seeing things like that.

What surprised me is they let the race run 5 or 6 laps with a huge chunk of debris in corner 4.  Please don't turn a great day into a "Walters favourtism" thing.  He didn't win, the caution was legit and infact they should have thrown a caution with 5 or 6 to go but didn't.

Just enjoy a good day for once and leave all the bulls!@# drama at home!

Spencer said there was debris in corner 3 when in fact it was on the front stretch in the second racing groove closer to the starters stand.

Thanks for clearing that up. I didn't see the debris myself as I was focused on taking pictures down in turn 3 and then on the backstretch so I wasn't catching why each caution was coming out.

An Update ... The Number 81 of Sauble Falls Andrew Gresel was there with the red and yellow car possibly testing for the final round at Delaware ... started 18th and finished 7th good day all in all
