Chalk up another one for Thayne. Although I am sure he takes no pleasure on being right when racing get rained out.

He's not always right. Two weeks ago he forecast that Peterborough was gonna get slammed the worst of all the tracks. Peterborough got their entire show in - albeit with 15 minutes to spare. At about 10:45 P.M. the rain started and stayed for about 20 minutes. This weekend his forecast for Ptbro was on the money and it did rain, though far earlier in the day and while they might have got the show in, it drizzled very lightly between 7 and 10 PM off and on....and thus they cancelled at about 1:30. The stands would have been empty with it raining throughout most of the day and people making other plans.

I am not as familiar with time frames over there....either way, dont believe it, dont read it..i dont care...
