Oh that's very possible - I was only about 7 or 8 years old at the time.  (I just seem to remember a Trans Am front end.)  And there's no doubt your recollection would be  better considering who uncle Joe is to you. 🙂

Speaking of Malcolm Leslie I think thats his white challenger along the backstretch!!! Really hard to see closely enough but I think I can make out a 25 there!!! What a great driver he was. Point champ in his rookie year dont get any better than that.
