how about something like eg. " 2009 ______ speedway" it could have all the sponsors advertising, schedule, drivers photos and their current car photos, driver profiles for all drivers etc. print 500 copies and sell them all year round at the souvenier booth. just a thought!
Programs are a great idea for new and old fans. The new ones get to learn who is in each car, the old fans have somewhere to keep autographs. Also if you save them you can go back years later and check out who was racing where - I've kept all the old programs I ever bought.
But there is the cost factor. Barrie had a good setup though in the early 2000s where the main part of the program was the same all through the year and a middle page was added nightly with the current info. At least the cost was fixed for the main part.
Unfortunately the internet can take part of the blame for the death of the program.

That could definately work as so that way you can get one for the year and keep it. Good diea polishprince12!
Exactly Mark
We used to print dozens of monthly newsletters but now 100% of them are now on the internet.
i would say that most people, even though they read the internet would still like something in hand, to keep. can't get drivers to sign your monitor! it keeps it somewhat personal.
