And one more thing Larry, $1800 on a motor is chump change. Although I could use a good set of rollers !! Would you know where I could get some !!
Im not saying they will find anything Larry, I just think everyone wants them to check. True there is not alot in the bottom end, but I think a stock crank is like 56 lbs or something right? The light weight ones are down to like 43 lbs or something. and you can get them with beviled journals to cut through the oil better and stuff like that, for less resistance.
Yes my motor was weak, but did a good job last year on the slick surface. I seen Ricky Walt at Barrie, and he was so down on his motor he didnt even want to start the feature, and said he might just take time off, like me, till he can get the right piece under the hood.
Ya you can have good legal motors, Hoss did good for me those few years, and I miss em! Probly time to give Jr Hoss a call, but im torn between that and a crate when I get the funds up.

Lol Scott. I know the 602 is 350 horse with a 750 4 Barrel carb, and headers, which is what its dynoed with, and most people dont know that, or bother to check the gm site. Its around 300 Horse with with the crappy manifolds and 4412, but how much power would it make with a full roller set Larry? 😉
