Not sure where you get your information from....how would you know he was at the shop or track....other than hearsay?? The rest is rumours...your choice if you believe them or not. As for the incident on the 30th, Walters would have gone to the back of the pack....but Baker decided to take him out under the caution flag....so I guess his repercussion is he never finished the race and it cost him money for repairs. This is about the actions Baker decided to take when he made numerous comments about what he was going to do....and then he did it. As I said before.....that is premeditation in any court of law. I could make all kinds of analogies for you to understand this, but from your post....you are a Walters hater so you won't be able to see outside the box.
