I think we might be a little over sensitive, but I realize Danka is in a tough spot being from a team in the division. I really don't think it would be bad to post it though (cue someone else to post it)
I'm sure other guys who got put in the wall or put someone in the wall had the video posted here, and disected, what makes these guys different? Nobody is dead or in the hospital now. Sure it was scary, but it is racing......
I think if we're going that route, we should treat everyone the same and edit out any contraversial crash which would be most of them because those wrecks are sensitive subjects for those people too.
So if the race director and/or officials at sunset were willing to put their head in the sand to let it happen in the first place after all the talk, then the results of that should be seen....if they claim they didn't know, then they must have no finger on the pulse of the track, or full of sh*t. how do all of these other people know it was going to happen and somebody in charge doesn't have the balls to nip it in the bud by calling a come to jesus meeting after the last incident and warning that anything dirty won't be tolerated....
Sunset does a nice job with the track reno's, but not having somebody in charge dealing with conflict issues like this and having these things happen abandons the drivers, makes them feel like there is favoritism by the officials, and is bad for business.

The track officials were fully aware of what was going to transpire as it had been circulating for weeks since the 48 car drove head on into the 47 and then tried to wreck him last weekend, and the numerous posts. So to claim they didn't know doesn't hold any water.
I fully agree that the track knew.......everyone knew....however....it is my opinion that maybe the two drivers should have been taken aside and had their own set two with a track official present(preferably someone with some balls). In the past, there has been driving on the track that should have been dealt with appropriately...and not just left to fester into the situation that happened. And I am not just talking about the LLM either.
But since your hear Junior.....what are the repercussion's for Baker where the track is concerned??
After a lot of thought and good advice, I have decided to post the video without the 47/48 clash, due to it's sensitive nature. I do these videos voluntarily as a fan of racing, and people that know me would understand why I was hesitant to post the video in it's entirety. I hope you respect my decision. 🙂
