Well I was at BSW tonight but I usually go to sunset and from what I saw I actually asked someone where all the people in the stands were it was very sparce I must say nothing like the stands at Sunset usually are just thought I would like to add that since I am glad that people are choosing Sunset. I was almost going to blow a gasket if one more serson said to me Sunset is dangerous and they don't throw yellows there. I am soooo happy to hear that about Sunset. That made my night.
I think it was because the temporary stands were still there from the NCATS race and the people were spread out... JMO...
Well lets see BSW has more seating capacity then Sunset, and last weekend was the Canadian Tire thing, a little pricy and no regular racing, but we won't get into that again, and if Sunset had Oscar last nite, that would explain the crowd, we don't get to see much of them in this area. Oh and for those that usually go to Sunset and find comments at BSW anoying, then maybe go back to Sunset and support the track you love so much.... nothing personal.
Osscar was at Flamboro last week ...a borefest. And there were more fans too nite then last week....but then we had the hobbies...and they had one set of heats and no consi which made for a quick nite. One way radios mandatory starting in 2 weeks announced at the drivers meeting.
barrie speedway is out of control and i for one ,will be racing my thundercar at sunset from now on. see you saturday!
Really? I am a little surprised at that. You didn't do to bad at BSW tonight as I recall. Though in the feature well what a mess on restarts that was... There should be a class on how to do a proper re-start 101 that was ridiculous. Just my opinion.

Now Yorkie, You and I both know why I attend BSW and its to support my friends that RACE there. I have nothing against BSW persay, when I am at Barrie its about my friends and the experience is different than When I am at SUNSET. Its just very frustrating when people hear that I enjoy Sunset and they feel that they have to tell me their opinion. I am not disagreeing with what they say everyone is enititled to what they think and feel, but just because I attend and like attending Sunset WHY should I be put down for it and looked at like I am uninformed and that I can do anything about what goes on at SUNSET?
I can honestly say that When I do go to Sunset which happens and I am asked where I was lastweek or what have you and I say I was at Barrie NO COMMENTS are made about BARRIE. That is what I wish would happen at BSW about SUNSET. I have said before NO TRACK is perfect each has their own set of problems and issues they need to work through, I am not trying to be a Martyr or Pick sides just happy to hear that ONE of the tracks that I attend is doing well and I am happy to hear that for the Fans that I know that attend there and the DRIVERS that I support at SUNSET. I can't say I would say the same thing about BSW simply because I dont' think that the DRIVERS and FANS are important to the BSW owners as much after the stunt they pulled lastweek. I hope that clarifies my point sorry if I offended.
