if you run your flammy gear and are down 4 or5 rpm go to a 4 or 5 inch smaller tire for every 1"=100 rpm both ways

Final drive at flammy is roughly 630. Most guys run low gear and 340 area (no 9'' allowed) Sunset is around 650. This does vary depending on how well yr car turns(see winning) and yr preffered rpm range. Smaller tire? Are you serious? Smaller tire=smaller footprint and shorter sidewall. Considering how crucial tires have become, isnt that counter productive to going faster?
