Well seeing that I liked this soooo000 much I spent a couple hours last night doing an online form so there will be no copy and paste, I added a couple more fields to it, Name etc.

Once the form is filled out just hit submit and it sends it off to Ashley.
Harold if you can let her know if anybody uses this that this is where it is coming from, when she gets the info on her end it is all neatly organized in the body of the e-mail for her.

And Al If you have php running on the new Sunset Webserver I can send you all these files and you can put this on the site if you want.

For the time being it is hosted on my website.

Anyway have a peek and see what you think, it's a little easier than doing it the other way.

Harold if you are talking to her or can get in touch with her, can you test this out with her?  I had it set to send results to my e-mail and it works perfect, it is now set to go to hers however she has a hotmail account and it may get caught in spam filters, she will have to set a rule to allow it.
