Im a race fan, what a great night it was on Saturday, the Spectator races were a hoot! 😀 Ive been there a couple times and I happened to notice that the 63x Dave Burrows (the points leader) really did not have a good run in the feature. Im not on anyones side, im just curious to know from the team if daves performance in the feature is due to "cracking under the pressure" or if it was something else. His car didnt looked bashed up at all, just curious.

I don't know dave at all, but I highly doubt he is done.
He won last years points at Barrie and everything I've heard is he is an excellent racer. I don't think he'd crack under the pressure. My guess is it was just an off night...sometimes that happens!
It was Dave's uncle in the car for the feature from what I understand, According to the news report on Sunset Website Dave had an allergy attack that kicked the crap out of him early in the night.

Dave isn't done.. yet anyways...
and it was Chris Burrows in the car for the feature.
There were health reasons for Dave not to be in the car, which allowed Chris to start scratch to run the feature. Chris hadn't really been behind the wheel of a stock car in quite some time, especially a 4 cylinder, completely different from a Modified that's for sure. He had a blast out there though, and was starting to get a handle of the car near the end of the race.
Look for Chris and Beau to be returning to the 4 cylinder class hopefully both will be in cars this weekend!!!!
