Can't remember when they started the Twin Qualifiers, but without question, this was the worst racing ever. It's almost like they've started a new entertainment division to allow the fans time to go get their food and souvenirs.....Where's the real racing that Daytona used to give ???
It is too late for the 500 but they better figure out what to do before July. Come to think of it they better figure something out before Talladega. You can multiple the yawn affect for Talladega with this car.
it would be more exciting if they had a chain on the 2 cars....other than that it is gonna be a boring 500
I don't think you'll see all 200 laps running 2 car tandems. In the last 50 you will for sure. but who knows...
I don't know what you guys are talking about but I thought the racing was the best yet. I actually enjoy the two car racing. other then the first 150 I will agree that was boring. But the second was amazing seeing Jeff Gordon and Trevor Bain go to the back every restart and come back up from in a couple laps, you couldn't ask for better racing in the second one, and for once it actually is coming down to the drivers, and not luck if you don't get caught in the big one. Hell with the old racing you wouldn't have seen Brian Keselowski get help from his brother and actually race his way in. If the 500 is anything like the Second 150 its going to be one hell of a 500. In both 150s you had the most lead changes ever. For me I hate the big pack racing but I guess thats just me but I believe its just going to get better.
