Nope. The closest 'sprint car' track to the GTA would be Oshweken, but I'm not sure that's what you had in mind.

Chestermans in Tillsonburg have their indoor oval up and running and they're probably cheaper to run with than the others. You're still an hour and a half away from Toronto though. They run run basically the same cars as Grand Bend.
