I was not able to make it to sauble on the weekend, but had a fellow race fan that was telling me that sauble had D.Q a couple of cars. But he did not tell me the call was over turned. From what I have heard this is not the first time this has happend this season.
I.E #34,#2,#1 LLM were D.Q for not have 25 pounds hung on the right front corner for have a tube clip. but once again the call was over turned!
Most race tracks have a problem finding a tech guy that will d.q cars, sauble has one that will and the track owners just keeps over turning his calls. Not much use of him showing up.

As for the posting from racefan2010 I don't know the #51 car?? But it does not surprise me if the call was over turned if they are friend like you say.
If I was the other drivers racing in this class I would be VERY upset, and would not stand for this kind of bull s#%t going on.

I can remember a number of year ago when the same kind of thing happend at the beach with the 4cyl class. I think it was with Gary Jones and the rabbit he was racing took the lead (as always), and all the cars pulled off the track. I wonder if that will happen again.

As far as I'm concerned the track owners need to stay out of tech all togeather. Let him do his job, or don't even have him there.

I totally agree the owner of the track should not overturn any of the ruling from the tech official... If he keeps this up I'm afraid he will loose the car count he has for any of the classes especially the late model class, knowing he has pissed off a bunch of late model guys. with the 25 pounds on the front clip, and the 28 running a 302 crate which is far from legal if hes able to keep up with the big motors.

Same thing in the Late models with implimenting a motor in half way through the season, What a 302, Keeping one person happy and pissing the rest off. No one has any info on the motor or nothing. We got dqed for an aluminum water pump we were told we were allowed to run  but never had it in writing got dqed shame on us our bad, but apparently you can run a completley different motor at the end of the season, run it for a couple weeks with no info on it or nothing and all the sudden its implemented in????? You tell me whats wrong

So with the track owner over turning all these calls. They pretty much have control over who they want to win the championship. From what I have heard if I was a late model or 4 cyl driver I would be very upset.
