Excellent Thunder Car feature at Sauble Saturday night.

Put together on short notice, the 40 lap invitational found #30 Todd Davenport time trialing quickest among the 15 cars but an inversion of 5 put himself and "The Dominator" Scott McTeer #69 in the third row and "The Deuce" Dave Doucette #44 on the pole.

In a caution free race Doucette and Davenport ran side by side for the lead most of the final 20 laps with McTeer just looking for any slight opening to take advantage. The Deuce and Davenport traded the lead 3 times in the final 5 laps with Davenport finally making the winning pass on the last lap. Doucette for second and McTeer crossing third.

McTeer by the way has purchased Stompin' Tom Walters Limited Late Model.
