Dario was OK but after the race went thru the window net of the 35 who was waiting to go pitside. That cleared up but the melee spilled over into the pit with a women, carrying a young child ( smartin up lady ) tried to get at Tolton. By then Security was around the now large mob in the 35 pit. There was alot of yelling but that was about it. Think Tolton stayed in the car for at least 10 minutes and wouldn't get out. Probably a good thing, he isn't what I would call a heavyweight.
UMM that woman was probably his wife and if i were her i would be pissed to after he put her husband into the wall purposely, that 35 is just an idiot, he seems to think he is a heavyweight behind his 3000lbs car he has no regards for peoples lives. 1st of all he was a lapped car why was he up with the top 3 cars racing in the last lap??Thats the question i have Dario protested it after the final was posted and the 35 finished before him and was told by JP himself that they made a mistake, so that means that the 35 should have been at the back of the pack and that accident would never have happened and Dario would have finished 3rd, so now that the mistake was found way to late way to late in my opinion Dario gets a 13th finished and a smashed up racecar. In my opionion thats not right.
Yes, my heart fell to my a-hole when the 10 went around as most of you know he is a good friend and Bryan is my cousin and who I am spotting for. We talked about a plan during the caution and it was to follow Kelly for 10 or twelve laps to clear the rest of the field and then see if we could get by. As most noticed we were wicked fast off the corners and as Bryan said in his interview, he just misjudged how much faster he was than everyone else and got into the 10. Kelly is the last one in the field he wanted to get into and he felt horrible about it. It was the same deal with Watson. Just had a run out of two and the 9 protected the bottom but we were already there. All the parties had a talk after the race and everything got sorted out. Gladly 'cause I felt like crawling in a hole there.
Linda agreed she had every right to go after Tolton and I don't blame her but at least put the kid down first. She was so revved up her and the kid were hit by a car coming into the pits. And it was a really bad deal for Dario.
Unfortunatly she doesnt have a Nanny to come with her to the races and as for her being hit by a car i must have missed that, If the track was only watching the race then none of this would have happened. At the drivers meeting they said last 10 laps no lapped cars would be put to the back, my question is why was he pushing on the 3rd place car? and able to put him head on into the wall and allowed to finish the race ahead of the 03?
