Just to let every one know Mike formerly of Delaware former can am midget racer and former sos competitor was honoured at the Michigan Traditional Sprints banquet last night for his 2008 championship. The non wing group runs 410 ci cars against 360 ci cars straight up and mike won with a 360 powered car.
This racing group was at South Buxton Raceway this year but unfortunally they got rained out.Before they got rained out they got some hot laps in and they are some fast over dirt.To bad they were not rescheluded.Hopefully they come back in 2009.Cogratulations Mike on your award.
we gotta talk tommy salami into getting a non wing race at ohsweken just imagine that double header. Mike was really hoping to get that race in at buxton he came up for both the MTS and SOD races and didn't get to run in either due to rain.
