They're hardly alone. Canadian mainstream media only pays attention to racing if the terms NASCAR, F1, or Indy are involved.

Of 52 cars there last night, only 34 were on the pre-entry list, which had 49 names on it. I expect most of those other 15 pre-entered drivers to be here at least for Saturday, plus I know of a few others not on the list who are planning to be here too.

Tim Kelly was released from the hospital at 1am. He's very sore and has some whiplash, but no serious injuries. He won't race tonight.
