track was dry slick and took a lot of rubber but the manicuring helped. Interesting to see Oscaar driver Pee Wee Evans in the #90 sprint car. Some drivers guessed correctly for the slick track but some of the favourites just went backwards (i.e. 77x-12c, etc). Caution free ESS feature was interesting-I think some folks didn't even realize Yonge and Poirier had marched to the front.

Zero thunderstock was DQ'd and loses the win. The Late models were getting as high and as close to the wall as possible to get some grip. Great show for the price....add $6 for my truck wash this morning....i was getting the funniest looks driving around, as if I had a ton of snow on my truck ,not dirt.

sorry Spencer-don't know re the O thunder. We bailed at 12:20 after the ESS feature. Feel sorry for the mini & thunder drivers as the crowd was likely pretty small for them by the time they ran. Mini's are down in numbers this year and they really didn't need to have two cars written off last night. Only criticism of the show (besides the slick track) is that for the sake of time, perhaps they should have offered one of the two junior divisions double features next week instead, or skip the heats entirely and do features only. As I posted on another site, I'm trying to figure out which WOO hauler had the diesel locomotive type horn. I'm still looking for the train! LOL
