This isn't Jim's message as he doesn't have an account on any internet racing site. He used my account once, after properly identifying himself to respond to another "message" that was posted.
He won't be running the Modified next year because he is in the process of building a late Model for 2010. He did contact Delaware last year because he was interested in coming out for a few nights but they didn't get back to him.
