I agree, but like has been said here...that could also be a bad thing...beacuse now anytime it's chancy..are they gonna call it?
I think that day was the exception, granted it was only 40% chance that day, but the whole week before the prediction had been up around 70%.
And it was so humid that day I had the feeling that it wasn't "if" it would rain it was "when" will it rain

Actaully no. I'm 4 km north of the track. It rained at 7 for 2 mins. The road wasn't even wet. It was so dry, I used to time off to cut my lawn...

Well thats weird then, because I was in downtown peterborough having dinner, and it poured for a good 30 min, I got soaked walking home afterwards
