End of the nite "rumour" was that a mini driver tried to have an engine claimed and that because the track wouldnt, allegedly, "stick by the rules" and the claim was disallowed.....a techman...well liked by drivers that run legal...quit.
The same 2 drivers, the claimer, and the claimee, were seen toe to toe swearing the begeebers at each other, a carry over from 2007.
How many millions of people within 90 minutes from the track, and only drew 300 fans?
With the Delaware Enduro, it goes without saying I wasn't at Flamboro today, but I would imagine showers in the area wouldn't help matters.

Ya, that's what I said, I got back in from a run about 2:00 pm, I looked at the sky and said, na, I'm heading for bed.
Canadiens were playing Philly, Hamilton Bulldogs are the Habs farm team....when the Canadiens or the Maple Laughs are in the playoffs the crowds are low till their done also.
