what about Autumn Colours Peterborough usually Thanksgiving weekend
Yea I gues if your from down Delaware way...Peterborough is a bit far, but Autumn Colours is WELL worth the trip no dout.
There are some awesome races coming up at Toledo in October - only 45 mins from Windsor
Not sure what class the delaware super stocks would fit into for autumn colours week-end. You would think thunder car but I would want to clarify before making the tow. Kawartha sounds interesting but again would we be able to run. I am going to call to-morrow and try to find out. Last time we raced there was with our jr car and loved the track. Up till this year we havn't been able to even think about races after labour day due to our driver being back at university but he is done now and in the working world so we have the chance to maybe go to some of the invitationals if we are legal to run. Will let you know if I get thru to Mr. Lynch to find out if we can run with the thunder cars there and if anyone else can let us know about other invitationals that the delaware super stocks could be eligable for please post here or pm me and let us know. Thanks Super Stock #77
I'm a little late in responding, but the wife and I went and checked out South Buxton last weekend, had a pretty good time... The track was in awful shape, dusty and slick, tons of spinouts, but what a neat track--3/8 mile, D-shaped, seeing the late models with the L/F in the air from turn 4 all the way into turn 1 is pretty cool.
Back on topic, the UMP Late Model Shootout/UMP Modified Blowout is at South Buxton on September 26th... They usually have a HUGE field show up, typically 20+ cars coming from the USA, plus all the local racers. So if you're interested in a little dirt trackin', I'd check that out.

Yep...thats likely my last racing hurrah for the year, since I won't be able to make Delaware. Go out with a bang. Never saw the Sizzler, but have watched many a SLM race there. Good stuff. I love that track.
BTW, there'll be UMP Mods too.
