I still think running past Labour Day would be nice, in general a longer season. After Labour Day, just do Cash nights, or concellation runs that were rained out. Best way to do it, is set it up, as if it rains go next weekend so on. Or just keep it simple, and finish the points at Labour Day.

A cement curb going into turn 3, like Martinsville.

Open the rules up a little more for the trucks, mostly in the transmission areas. The rest of the rules are pretty solid for that class, and can built a truck for a reasonable amount of money and be competitive if you know what your doing.

Transmissions should be opened up for trucks to run manual or automatic transmissions. 2 speed powerguildes and 350 turbo transmissions are getting harder and harder to find, and guys who have them don't want to get rid of them easily, the only real advantage to run a standard to an automatic would be the gear ratio, its alot easier to get a gear ratio with a standard than with an automatic due to the fact that you can not accurately calculate the slippage of the torque converter, you can get close but you cant get it right on, alot of power and trying to drive it to the wheels all at once causes slippage no matter what even with an standard just a less amount.

To my knowledge, Delaware has the only V8 truck series in Ontario, why not make it more appealing to people to want to build a truck instead of a car and come out and race. I feel that holding people to only using automatic transmissions is turing people away, conversations ive had with a few people that race at Delaware have agreed that this is something that should be changed. It is the only division at Delaware where you are only allowed to run one transmission(automatic) and all the other divisions have two options (automatic or standard) i feel that this should be addressed and changed up for 2010 and beyond to make the competition better, it will come down to who can drive not who can put their foot to the floor and hope it sticks in the corner.

I think something that should change is teams like yours spending 20000$ on a truck class ,It was intended to be a entry level class and I think it has been wrecked .It is hard to make sense of what you and others have spent to run a class that pays 200 or 300 $.But hey thats up to you.Just my opinion, thanks and have a greet day

in my opnion let them spend that money, when the guys who spend 1/4 of what they do goes out an walks all over them they will think again, just my opinion.
