Most of us have known for a week now, a DQ is a DQ it shouldnt matter who you are, if they are going to make these infractions public knowledge just do it!! Its only fair to those of us who play by the rules instead of trying to re-write them.

Looks like the 28 owner...driver still has some points... very confusing for the average fan! Big Motor??? looking forward to KOH on Friday, and NCATS on Saturday..

Owner points totally removed (approx. 80) and Steve Robblee has 25 points removed from his approx. total. Does anyone know what's behind this and why is it so hush hush not to mention very unbalanced.....if the owner is the guilty party as the 0 points show, why does the driver have to be penalized ???
Don't expect it to be clarified in any official capacity. This stuff goes on behind closed doors and stays there.
Its their show, and they can do what they like, but I personally don't get it. If you're DQd you're DQd, and if you get disciplined then you get disciplined. I don't understand the secrecy....and I don't believe, not even remotely, that its good practice. The books should be open on this stuff.
As far as that goes, I'm not privy to any of the particulars of this conversation, so I don't know anything about this deal. I guess the true answer will come when the 28 does, or doesn't, roll thru the gates on Friday.

Shadow, I seem to recall over the last few seasons that there was a public report on the web.. i seem to remember both Mr. Demelo and Showler being dq'd for various infractions of the rules
why so quiet.. they even have the leash on John!
