Tonight's racing cancelled at Delaware. (June 19)

Racing's off for tonight.

This will be one of those ones that everyone will second guess, as there's not a cloud in the sky right now.

But the radar looks pretty ominous for tonight.

Main storm will hit the duty free around 3:30, and arrive in full force around 6 at the track.

Well I guess it will be Off to Ohsweken for us  Radar 80% here in London and only 20% there, and 80% over night  Oh well worth a shot

If you put it in motion and pull back, it'll show if the 1st one don't get you, the next one will....or the one after that.
The late models are going to be doing double features for the rest of the season at this rate.
Sure feel sorry for Arlen, all that money in, and no chance to get some back!!

TONIGHT'S RACING CANCELLED

Tonight’s racing at Delaware Speedway has been cancelled due to the impending weather.

The decision was arrived at based on severe weather warnings which in effect for London Middlesex this afternoon and this evening, the severe showers and lightning forecast for the area, and the impact to the facility.  Officials have determined that they would be unable to complete the event.

Delaware Speedway would like to extend our appreciation to our fans and competitors for their ongoing support.

Tomorrow’s Transmission Direct Enduro event is on schedule at this time.  That event will be assessed by approximately 12:00 pm tomorrow.  Competitor gates are scheduled to open at 3:00 pm.  Spectator gates for that event are scheduled to open at 6:00 pm with racing by 7:00 pm.

Advanced tickets for next week’s NASCAR Wheelen All-American Series PartSource 142 presented by BX93 are now available through the website.  The advanced window is open until Wednesday, June 24 at midnight, at which points tickets for the event will return to the regular gate price.
