Unfortunately we don't always know it. Anyone can get a yahoo/hotmail/gmail address and put 123-skidoo as their name when they sign up. Sometimes we can put 2 and 2 together and figure it out, but sometimes we can't.
I understand the sentiment and sometimes I wish we could post the names, but ultimately we can only police what gets written.
Unfortunately, trolls pop up from time to time like little redneck jack-in-the-boxes. Thats the joy of anonymity. It happens. ::)

All kidding aside, that thread has been pulled down. I've always had this idea that if I leave the thread up after its locked, then people can see that we ARE in fact watching and can see what's not allowed.
In this case it drew more attention left up, and for that I apologize. Jamie's a good guy and shouldn't have gotten the attention this turkey wanted him to have.
Plus that Racer43 guy sure has a potty mouth don't he? 😉
(We'll keep the ban hammer in its holster for the time being....but we're keeping an eye on that Doerr guy too.)
