That was a quote from the video...the guy said in the first minute "late models are for getting groceries! That's funny!

yeah tommy you should have seen the look on the faces in the stands and the pits at concord when the supers went out after the mods and managed to suck the banner off the backstretch fence.  It was hilarious to see supers deep in taxi cab country.  The  southerners were looking at those cars like an alien had dropped on right smack in their backyard.

To be fair, that's probably how I looked the first time I saw the supers at Delaware. "Wait a minute, the wing lays down going down the straightaway!" Totally thought that something was wrong with the car when I first saw that.
