Is anybody looking forward to the LOSC saturday show with the trucks? Or does everybody think that they are just slow older cars? Likely gonna be a Robblee up front. Maybe a Dupuis if they come. Lots of good drivers there.
Those guys have been putting on awesome shows all year....no reason for this one to be different.
Plus when you get Mark Patrick, Dan Prudhomme, Mike Alguire, Shawn McGlynn, Jason Meyer, Tony Bawden, Kevin Trevellin, Bob Merrifield and Mike Hrynuik all on the same track...well...that'll be like a home-boys reunion at Delaware.
I'm looking forward to it. ;D
I will be there too. (pending an engine) Its in the works. The truck and LOSC in the same day. It better be cooler that last year, I almost passed out!
Ya it was a very hot day last year but we ran in the middle of the day, jeez we were loading up at 5 oclock... We put on a show last year at Delaware during the day and this year we're running under the lights so it can only get better!! 😉 I'm sure Dupuis will be there seeing that is the only race he ran last year and won both features, I'd like to see guys who havent ran with us this year like Ken Grubb, Rob Fletcher, Kenny Forth, come out to Delaware as they are listed as registered drivers but havent raced yet this year.... I hope someone can challenge Robblee because so far no one has been able to touch him, I'd like to see someone else in victory lane for a change
looking forward to seeing Ohsweken mini-stock ace Mitchell Brown from Brantford on the big track. Mitch's dad Doug was, up to recently, a regular on the Cdn Tire series and before that the old Cascar Super Series. Grandfather Harold was a top super mod and late model driver in the 60s & 70s. Mitchell has been kicking a*s and taking names at Ohsweken this year in the #10 mustang.
I agree that the perception is that they are slow old cars unfortunately. At Flamboro they were much slower than the track late models and were running laps comparable to most thunder cars there.
