The 31 car (Adam Adams) and the 82 (Gary Tryon) are both asphalt racers from Mosport. Adam finished 3rd in the points there this season, and Gary was 4th. Unfortunately, Gary broke a transmission in practice. Had a nice chat with both of them after the mod feature.

Also, the 32 (Wayne Haughton) is a front runner at Spartan and Springport speedways in Michigan.

It was great to see all of them make the haul to Delaware.

Hope they all come back next year and bring some others with them.

Be great to see some of the Varney guys too.

the Mosport guys can use wider bodies and lexan side wings which makes them really appear different. Announcers mentioned that Haughton was the grandson of the the late John Logan who was a supermodified star in the 60s & 70s. Always had ugly cars that went fast. He was famous for having a sign on his car reading "apartment for rent" as he did own a couple of buildings.

You're thinking of Jack Conley...He is the one who had the apartment for rent sign on his cars.  Jack is still alive and well...in fact Norris McDonald wrote a piece on him in The Star during Classic Weekend at Oswego.

Logan was one of the many drivers of the famous "Bingo 151" Supermodified and just passed away a few weeks ago...
