Just as an exercise, I've been bouncing back and forth on this. There's an arguement on both sides as I see it. But somewhere it all breaks down if each side takes it to far. I think this shows the problem with the humans rights code and the real issue here. There is no common sense with those that are charged to institute it. Are you aware that there are workers out there that handle food every day that the code say they don't have to wash their hands after handling money or going to the washroom because they have a skin condition !!! What happen to sorry about your luck, but that's a job you can't do then. Nooo, not with the human rights commission. Not even a suggestion to wear gloves! That's what we come to with these kinds of challenges.

Now,  I could change to a Gm or run a Holley to get a bonus at a race, thats a choice I can make. But to change my sex,  not so much a choice. I think this is where PC is coming from. (I find it funny PC is also Politicaly Correct, another burr), but in Mobile's defence there must be something to his point otherwise the insurance companies would be in court everyday. They discriminate openly with every transaction they do and solely on gendre.
Back to it, lets at least start down the slope when common sense says so. Leave the courts open to those cases that really require it. Cases that hurt someone, not just ones where someone thinks they might have been at a disadvantage.

Just for arguments sake, do you register to Barrie Speedway in order to register for the NASCAR Weekly Series, or is it the other way around?

I think the action of registering at BSW is both registering for BSW competition and NASCAR Whelen All-American Series, as you fill out the NASCAR application and show your NASCAR competition permit when signing in at pit gate.

This whole thread, while interesting is getting quite old now. If they brought back Powder Puff races then I would assume the male racers would be excluded, and quite honestly I would be okay with that.

I think the PGA would have some serious human rights challenges as golf is still the "old boys club" that Mr. Pinecrest fondly remembers  ;D As a matter of fact there are areas you can't even go to if you don't have the right colored jacket.

Augusta (The Masters) still has a male-member-only rule.
