I have been reading 6 pages of garbage.Is this not a racing site or has it turned into a site for future lawyers (HA,HA ).It seems lately that 2 posters are heavy on this subject.So I would suggest (Pinecrest & Mobil1fan) contact lawyers to find out if it is chargeable or not.When this is done get back to us tell us what you found out and then this subject can be put to bed then we can get into talking racing again.

seen as how my name was mentioned i guess i am part of this conversation. dunno about any of this stuff, i don't understand half the words being used, do know that i can't believe we have, laws to guarantee people rights, minimum wage laws, equal oppurtunity laws etc. etc. if your worth a darn, your gonna get a darn! if you ain't worth poo poo, then you aren't gonna get a darn, to me, its as simple as that! if your too stupid and lazy (you would pretty much have to be both) to earn a living you can lay in the gutter and die, why the hell should hard working canadians have to pay for you to lay on the couch watching cartoons? if i want to hire white males why can't i? if i want to hire 20 year old, 90 pound, orally talented, asian super models why can't i? well, because there's a fat, old, bitter lady who is gonna scream discrimination, and believe it or not, there are laws that make her right???????????? un-f-in-believable! the charter may guaranteed us rights, but it has also removed many of them.
does "the miss BLACK america pageant" ring a bell, how about the "indiginous games"? sounds a little discriminatory to me, but if i speak up it makes me a racist! hmmmmmmmmmmmm does that make sense? i am told that i cannot compete in a beauty pageant, because i am neither female, nor black, and i complain, and i am racist! what the........are they scared i am going to win?
did you all know we just paid our politicians, for about a week, here in saskatchewan to bicker over a joke made 16 years ago? and that's the way the world turns! and i believe the guys that made the "jokes" are in some deep doo doo! again, un-f-in-believable!
in all honesty i believe pc's point is that discrimination laws protect everybody but caucasion males! it had nothing to do with a $500 bonus.
i can win in any oval track racing series in canada with top notch equipment, so why don't people just throw equipment at me? perhaps because there are about 1000 other caucasion males that can claim the same, but only about 0 to 1 female that might be so bold, and sponsors are gonna follow a publicity magnet like that any day!
so, i guess thats a kind of discrimination too? having a competitive woman more popular than a competitive man?
oh ya, none of this was spose to make any sense, so don't even try to find some. i myself am mentally challenged, but bust my hump to keep myself from dieing in the gutter!
by the way, about the only women i care about p-o-ing are my wife and mother, and they are both intelligent enough to know better than to be upset by anything that comes out of my mouth!
