There are no major changes planned for the rules.  The additions to the book this year will be mostly writing in some of the amendments from the end of last year - - mostly to do with the penalty flag for destroying obstacles.

keep it up t. maybe you had a better lap time because a) maybe a tad bit higher left side weight or b) you had the best crew chief setting the car up for you.  8)
