You first need to host them somewhere. Open up a photobucket or a picasa acct and upload your photos there. (I use photobucket)

Then when you want to insert a certain image into a message board post you just do this:

1. Type what you want in the message field here.

2. Go to the photo hosting site, hover over the thumbnail and it should show you 4 different codes. You want the one that says IMG code. It will be bracketed by this: (img) (/img) except with square brackets.

3. Copy this code, come back here and paste it into the message field.

So for example: Here's a message board post with a pic.
