I have a wedding to hit in St. John, does any of our faithful know of some good spots to hit? When I was younger we went to Riverglade Speedway a lot, and my father worked there and Truro Speedway. I know Truro is gone (was a great dirt track), but Riverglade is still up and running. Any other good spots you guys can think of would be great. We will be also doing the usual tourism things, but always happy to look up more fun racing endeavors. Thankfully, my girlfriend loves racing. Any Go-kart tracks, or even anything silly like that would be great too.

There were more than a few Go-Kart tracks - back in the day 🙁  ~ I have no idea how many are left or which ones are open / closed. But you can help yourself via google search with key words.

You mentioned Truro, (first steel factory in Canada and used heavily during the World Wars..) if you cared to jaunt down to Halifax and go to Scotia Speedway, it's a mini-Bristol - very high banks and run local and Car Quest Pro Stock (Late Model) Series. Not sure what dates you're going to the Maritimes - but here's their schedule - http://www.maritimeprostocktour.com/
