If you look at the Heat race he ran a 22.744 lap that is were it came from. Not fibben, just what the transponders said.

the regular Friday drivers could take a good look as this race had very few accidents and stopages .Not bad for 60 plus cars that were there and racing at the same time in the 200 lap feature.

But still can't understand why delaware lets some of these guys run so fast. But I geuss it is what it is. But those are some pritty fast laps for a *stock car*, not to far off the SS class
