i emailed jeff about a couple rule changes and all he said was "outlook on rules is minimum change and we are taking proposals from competitors now but haven't seen much" so ive just been using 2009 rule book.

Any word on a date yet? ;D
I see on the web that the rules will be out by December 18Th so all of the speculation about what parts are legal will be answered then. I am sure a few more threads will appear after a through read?
the drivers meeting is also listed for January 13th....
