Thats kind of scary, considering that even around here the washrooms leave a lot to be desired. Delaware's are good, but I haven't seen too many others that are.

Absolutely. Wins need to count for more. I always liked David Poole's idea that a 1st win for the season (during the non-chase season) should be worth like 100 bonus points. Then at least you get your race winners at the top of the pile and the rest work out normally.

I think they should go back to the top 10 plus anyone in the top 20 who has won a race but also attempted or ran all the races. Or simply have a regular season champion and the top ten earn the goodies like always then have the playoff with only race winners as described above.
