To be clear, CPT hired Lisa Brandt, the track did not and I suspect her duties will be assigned by CPT and not Delaware.
Yes, after my initial post I did some link following, and that certainly seems to be the case. Either way, as long as the track's being promoted....I only wish they'd get out and promote to the general public, rather than at car shows where everyone already knows about us.
Man I promote the hell out of the joint, at work in public, and oh yah on other forums ;D. If we don't how can we grow the sport. Some people think I'm nuts but who cares I konw where my kid is 24 hours a day and who he's with. His love of the sport parallels mine.
I think she is a welcomed addition to keep the track moving forward. Afterall it's not easy being Ontario's Premier Motor Sports Facility. I think 2009 set the bar and now we have too clear it ;D
Easy on the eyes too ;D
Seriously though, having a professional PR person dedicated to this through a firm that understands racing can be nothing but good.
perhaps a pit area chili cookoff would be a great idea for the cool nights early in the season?
in response to jworacing....our father had a similar philosphy "if their working on cars there not in the hotels" it's better for the kids to have something to do rather than sitting around and getting in trouble.
