Did every one clear tech? If not what did the 33 get caught with?

Was that a cheated crate or a cheated built?

I'm holding all comments on this one due to the spanking I got on my last comments in the May 6th thread  😉 except for WOW!

Well if it was a create they should be gone for the year. As it states and I quote" Any tampering,alterations,or violations with respect to the create engine program will result in immediate suspension of the driver,car owner and chief mechanic for a min. Of 1 year(365 days) from the date of the infraction. Further monetary fine and reduction of points will be assessed by tecnical committee. The tampered engine which must be removed at the teams expense will be impounded at both the teams expense and risk until the ruling is finalized. the speedway reserves the right to destroy all tampered with parts." Safe to say I think it was a built. Or delaware is goin back on there rule book!   

the penalties may have been harsher if there was a bigger field..
