I also have this game and track. I love how they got all the details down, including the Jersey Berriers that will flip ya in a heartbeat.
ya thank god for shorttracksim who posted all the Canadian tracks for the game up on their site. After WKRT fell outta the clear blue sky, I thought they were all gone for good. At least those guys finished off Riverside before they faded into the oblivion.
Is there any new nascar games for the pc that uses the tracks and cars?
Ive looked into some game reviews, it seems like NR2003 is still the best out there, short of a subscription to iRacing, Id recommend buying a used copy off Ebay if you can find one.
Well come race 3unit.ca run by the Larkins from flamboro, Delaware is the first race.
I have nascar racing 2 is this the game?
iRacing is the new thing that the makers of NR2003 went to and made independently
Its quite amazing the realism of it, They have the new cup cars, nationwide, trucks, silver crown, late model, modified and legend cars. Thats the just Oval side of things the road racing is even more in depth. They are also fully Nascar licensed. Currently they only have chevy models but that is supposed to change in the next two calender years. They also dont allow uses to make their own tracks as they "laser" scan all of them, its quite incredible when you can feel the bumps of South Boston Speedway through your wheel and if you car is in a loose set up you can feel it slide a little if your not holding on tight after a bump. Check it out its incredible.
Jay Doerr is an iRacing driver
