To make it simple,REAL L.M. are L.M. and L.L.M. are LIMITED LATE MODEL,but some of the tracks list their L.L.M. as L.M. on their sites and in their schedules.Guess they call the REAL L.M.,PRO L.M. these days,if you like that better, but then you could complain the L.L.M. aren't pros.
So,there's OUTLAW S.L.M./SLM/PRO L.M./L.M./L.L.M. which is one of the reasons why nobody has full fields for regular shows and most specials.
To make it even more simple ,
I'll tell you the same thing as the last guy bitchin about car counts build a lm or whatever you would like get your wallet out !!!!
I do get my wallet out, paying for gas to get to the track, food at the track and admission, plus my interest and time, which gives me the right to speak my mind.Typical though, putting down a fan,no wonder there are no people in the stands.
Im not putting any fan down or saying you dont have a say.... (I talk to everyone that comes my way and rather enjoy it) your saying theres low car counts im saying build a car .....easy right ?If anyone came to my trailer in the pits and said that we had low car counts ..... id tell them the same thing BUILD A CAR ....then they think......hmm
p.s we just raced at sunset place was packed....
I have been away for the week, no internet and piss poor cell reception. How can it be when I come back to technology land and look back at the results on the Delly website (my laps.com) they have changed?? How is that possible? Mylaps uses the transponders, how the hell does the order the cars cross the finish line change according to the transponders?? Moving us from 14th to 16th doesnt really matter, but seems kind of weird to me..... not sure who else finishes changed but obviously at least two did?
hate to keep talking about that fiasco of a night but really can the mylaps results be changed like that?? If so, now I have even less faith in the scoring procedures.....
Jay me to I went for 15- 17. I can't figure that one out. I hope they have a good explanation for that!! I really have no faith in what the scoring is anymore after the 100 lap mess and now this its crazy.

The scoring system (mylaps) is a tool which is used in scoring races, but is not 100% automated. Examples of times where it requires user intervention include photo finishes (such as one which occurred during Junior Racing League competition a few weeks back) and if a transponder is not picking up.
In the case of the Canada Day 100, Car #1 and #69 were incorrectly scored as going laps down during late race stops when caution laps were counting towards the end of the race. Since under the race format, drivers cannot lose laps under caution flag, these positions were corrected after the race - - the update I do not believe has yet made it to the points system, but will in the next upload.
These position corrections, rather than decrease faith in the scoring system, should reinforce the speedway's commitment to fair and correct scoring.
As a side note, regarding restarts, participants who were involved in last night's events (trucks, super stocks) were given clear and updated race procedures regarding restarts. The restart procedure was followed and strongly enforced during last evening's events - - the same will be true for upcoming Late Model races.
