come on john ... how could robblees lap times the week before last year and the week after be 19.000's and kyle buschs lap time in 30 degree heat run a 18.500??? dont care how good kyle is.... roblee has wayyy more seat time then kb at delaware and was at the top of his game last year ... garenteed they allow some crazy stuff through.... the tech shed ... i say let another driver tech that car this year ...
no one leaves a HALF SECOND on the table in late model racing especially not steve roblee ... i could see a tenth in driving skill ... but not a half second ... the real interesting part was kennington ran the 100 last year and had a fast time of 18 890 for it then magically ran a 18.5 in practise of the kb race and broke the track record in time trials .. :SSS
CONFUSED ......
Was the fast time of 18.890 in the race? or was it qualifying?

Were you there last year to watch practice? Busch wrenched on that car all day. Everytime he went out it was for only one or two laps then he would come in and change shocks or wedge or whatever. And yes he did participate in the work. He got that car to where it went where he wanted it to go. I am not a fan of his personally but I respect his talent and after watching him that day I also respect his work ethic.
With all do respect to those people who think there is cheating going on with Bush's Car.....I DONT THINK SO. I pitted for him last year and will be this year as well. THERE IS NO CHEATING....It's called using common sense. We work our butt off getting his car ready and put in a lot of time doing things the way he likes it to be done.....which does not involve cheating. He shows up and uses his experience to the best of his ability and makes the car do what he needs it to do in order to win....PERIOD.
Enjoy the race.

It's a big deal to the track to have the Bush brothers up here to race and for someone to start a thread on nothing but a rumour is in my mind completely ignorant. If you think Bush is cheating then go ask him to his face. Personally I don't like Bush but he gained my respect when he worked his butt off on his car for a race that doesn't give him much more than a memory.
